The original acrylic painting measures 23.25×36.75. It’s done on masonite that was first coated with gesso and then tissue paper, sand and beads were glued onto the surface using acrylic medium. I love the effect that I get using the combination of tissue paper and acrylic paint. The other materials added further texturing in what has turned out to be one of my favorite paintings so far this year.
