Artist's Description

I took this shot standing on my back steps in my yard in Amherst, Virginia, USA. I heard alot of noise outside and took a look out. I couldn’t believe it when I saw this helicopter right at the side of my tree line. There are power lines in between my land and my neighbors land and this helicopter was trimming all the trees on the sides of the lines with this huge saw with blades twirling all around on it. First it was up high, and then it would plunge down with the blades and trim the tree tops….then back up again. I was amazed. I must have taken 30 pictures while it was near. Then it flew off to trim the lines up in the back of my land and then all around my area. The branches were hitting the power lines and the power was blinking on and off half the day. lol I was just glad the power kept coming back on. :)) BEST VIEWED LARGE -Taken with my Canon Powershot SX110 IS
