nah your work is great !! mine is just different that’s all ,I have a few people I know who just can use a tiny brush and make fine lines that’s’ makes me fele envious, not that I want to, just I can’t, and can’t undertand how the paint stays on the brush i end up with notheing …hard to explain
terezadelpilar

thank you Tereza
Karin Taylor
this is gorgeous , really really gorgeous ginny
it’s not easy at all to do this type of painting, with so much detail and still have it looking amazing and not all blending into itself….i applaud you!
Virginia McGowan replied
Hi Karen , thanks funny I never feel like my work is detailed so many people say so! so must be. I do a dark background first usually like the dark green then there’s no need to do much for shadows but add the bits on top or red background or sometimes cobalt yummy !! blue!! . and I still reckon some canvas’s paint themselves, and some just won’t take paint .
the canvases aruond now there’s so much junk but hard to tell until I start paining.
Virginia McGowan
yes paining is right LOL still here !!
