I couldn’t resist taking pics of these gorgeous smiling kids today , Mum gave me permission
this was taken at The Best of all Lookouts in the Gold Coast hInterland very dark rainforest almost primeval with ancient beech trees nearby. a bit of a walk but I managed Yayyyy worth every step [back to base] LOL
My very first time with the new SLR Olympus E520 and I had the long lens on too,
and I just adore the children I emailed the pic to their mum but I have never heard back.

thanks Emily real sweeties I think the colour is a little dark as I had it on for landscape ,and a long lens and had to photo quickly in case they ran away!

thanks Trena gosh I would have loved to have taken pics of them for hours they were playing in very deep rainforest .and looked like fairies not airy fairies though…..!

ah yes magic, I manged walking all day didn’t make it on the 6 K’s one though F said he wasn’t keen on carrying me back! the view from the best lookout is amazing like being in a plane and it goes for hundreds of miles. unfortunately the haze was bad no breeze at all so the pics weren’t good.
