    Thanks a lot, Lynn! I actually made the texture of pastel on rough paper more visible by sharpening the photo first.

    Full of movement… and though it has a terrible title with really scaring remembrances, It is not scaring… it is lively and homely… I do not know why… it is a dance… a quite fool’s dance…

    Thanks, Rosa! The name came to me when I was looking for a word for a forceful kind of sea storm. It depicts an inner state, of course, rather than some event. It may look homely because of the lacey textures or because of the somewhat childish drawing elements inside the more sophisticated work;-) Not sure if that’s what you saw. The colors may be too soft and calm for this kind of storm. I guess I am built out of contradictory elements, and it may show here.
