Thought so too, Julie… it really gives a spiritual feeling, and from some angles you get rainbow colors through that glass, but that rainbow angle was problematic for getting the rest nicely.

It’s in the bell tower – a small circular prayer chapel. You should go have a look next time you visit her – and please tell me who the sculptor is, if it’s written anywhere there…. It’s an amazing sculpture, rotating and changing with different angles of light. Quite an experience.

I like the way you look at things, get into them, feel them and find the words to share your experience. As to this sculpture – it was more amazing in reality than I could ever capture… I am not religious, and even if I were – Jesus is not part of my religion… I guess I would go for Buddhism, if for anything… but this sculpture is full of spiritual feeling, and real spirituality touches me.
