Thanks bunches Gail…..I adore it..so sweet you don’t need sugar and so juicy you need a napkin and lovely with some lemon juice and dairy cream.I often cut it in small blocks and macerate it with half a lemon juice and powder sugar.Cream impresses when served. Not yet tempted? Maybe you prefer some vanilla ice cream with it?

I don’t know if it are rockmelons.We have French “Cavaillon” Prepare it in advance, so that it can macerate with the lemon juice and powder sugar.Keep it in your fridge.Lovely refreshing on a hot summer day.Of course take out that middle part and the seeds.Tell me how you liked it. thanks for looking and being tempted
