Not my favourite fruit. But you do present it well. I could be tempted.
    Great work Gilberte.

  • Thanks bunches Gail…..I adore it..so sweet you don’t need sugar and so juicy you need a napkin and lovely with some lemon juice and dairy cream.I often cut it in small blocks and macerate it with half a lemon juice and powder sugar.Cream impresses when served. Not yet tempted? Maybe you prefer some vanilla ice cream with it?

Beautiful Job. You know I have caught fish on the stuff you scrape out of the center and throw away.

  • Thanks and very well done Randall….so nothing gets lost…if the United States were nearer, I’ll bring you all the inner stuff lol

You made this rockmelon sound VERY tempting Gilberte!! Some lemon juice!! Have to try it!! And also made it LOOK very tempting!! Lovely work!! *-)
  • I don’t know if it are rockmelons. We have French “Cavaillon” Prepare it in advance, so that it can macerate with the lemon juice and powder sugar.Keep it in your fridge.Lovely refreshing on a hot summer day.
Of course take out that middle part and the seeds.
Tell me how you liked it. thanks for looking and being tempted
