Ancient out of focus
Hidden behind a curtain – she was stripping out her jewel after a night at the opera.
It was perhaps about 1900 – i don’t know how i turned back (back to now).
She is still in that era.
Wonderful – still.
In sepia light – with all the time for hope (hope of a new and perfect century of progress and peace).
Titanic wasn’t already crashed down.
