6 pomegranate seeds sealed Persephone’s fate to return to the Underworld each year. The food of love…or death? Personally, I’m not that keen on the taste. A wonderfully loaded image though!

I think the taste is quite nice, sharp, but there just isn’t much there to actually consume. Goodness knows how Persephone survived on just 6 seeds. When I cut this one the juice flowed out so I had to arm the model with tissues. maybe I should have let it bleed on her hands. Love or Death? ah I guess that is the point (they are the same thing) thankyou for adding to this strange little journal

i am now completely inspired to learn how to use Photoshop…given that i can only just about take photos i could be a while…all the good pomegranates will be eaten up by then leaving a couple of small wrinkly ones going mouldy in the bottom of the bowl….
