There is nothing more relaxing than wandering along a forest trail in the early hours of this morning. I am finally regaining my enjoyment of taking photographs again, after losing my passion over the past few months, so I jumped in my car this morning (Saturday, 19th September 2009) and went for a walk in Savernake Forest.
It isn’t quite Autumn yet, so there wasn’t much early morning mist, and the colours of the leaves are only just starting to turn. Nevertheless, it was still a magical and revitalising few hours as I ambled my way along the winding trails. The air was crisp and fresh, and the birds were in full song. Life can be quite perfect sometimes :o)

Gorgeous lighting! Glad you regained your passion Graham – how did you do it? Mine has definitely been waning recently
