Sorting your art in your Portfolio.... Did you know that......?
I like to move my images around in my portfolio. I sometimes will bring some of my work that I have posted months ago to the front page. This is easy to do by using the ‘Art’ tab which will display all your images in a list. One the far right hand side of the page are 4 blue arrow controls:
1st Arrow: when clicked will move that image to the very top of the list on the first page.
2nd Arrow: when clicked will move that image up one position at a time towards the top of the list.
3rd Arrow: when clicked will move that image down one position at a time towards the bottom of the list.
4th Arrow: when clicked will move that image to the very bottom of the list on the last page.
Now heres the deal… when using the 2nd and 3rd arrow it is quit a slow process as the page refreshes each time to show you the new position of the image and you then have to move the cursor up or down to the new position of the arrow and click again…..
This is what I have discovered, if you carefully keep the cursor on the arrow and very quickly click the left mouse button, when you stop and the page refreshes it will have moved the image the number of times you have clicked the mouse…...

doesn’t work for me…

I found that you need to make sure your cursor remains on the up/down arrow and at the same time you very quickly click the left mouse button…. cheers Gerry

I’ve been wondering what those arrows are for … Thanks for the tip, that’s really helpful!

Using those arrows, I sort my work regularly (probably more than most) to put work in order of style, location, series, and even colour. It’s my favourite attribute of the Redbubble Gallery structure!

Thanks, Gerry, my friend. I’ll definitely give this a go next time I go to resort my images. I have gotten it to about an art as far as the top 20 or so, by just beginning at a point and moving them to the top in a certain succession, but it is still a slow, slow process.
