Very original cityscape… I’m not too familiar with Perths skyline, bt this shot is very appealing. I love the mix of the built environment with nature. The shot is divided well with some fantastic straight horizontals and the B+W tones are very nice.. I would have to say my favourite part of this would have to be how you can make out the reflections in the water through the grass… very nice!

It is indeed a strong cityscape skyline and I really like how you chose to include the tall reeds in the foreground rather than the straight reflex shot unobstructed, it adds a kind of rural meets urban feel to the composition which I think works perfectly.
Quality is very high with a full range of tones and impressive depth of sharpness, a pleasure to view,

This really is an excellent shot. The depth created by the tall grass is perfect.

This is a grest shot of Perth, I tried the old South Perth foreshore shots and they were the same as everyone elses photos, this is a great change from the normal. Well captured.
