This was taken early morning and is NOT a composite shot. The moon was setting early in the morning.
This was taken with a Canon EOS 1Ds with a Sigma 70-300mm zoom at 300mm (ish). Tri-pod mounted.
I exposed for the sky with the sun at my back.
I’m originally from Pennsylvania. Because of my military travels, I was (and am) able to take pictures from many different places. I’ve been to Europe and Asia and several states within the U.S.
