Part 1.
Along time ago before the mountains were carved, before the firmament was stretched across the heavens and before humankind walked upon the solid terrain, lived a Spirit named Enki.
Enki was larger than most that were created; this gave him the ability to see further, however all that lay in front of him was nothingness. Being larger gave him the ability to smell more, however there were no flowers, in front of him was nothingness. Being larger gave him the ability to outstretch his long masculine arms to touch mankind, however in front of him was nothingness.
Over the great expanse of nothingness, he travelled in flight, longing to see something, longing to smell something, longing to touch someone.
Darkness lead his way, coldness flowed over his skin, heaviness filled his wings as this seeker was determined to find that which he searched for, he was not willing to succumb to his primal instincts that beckoned to him that he had indeed missed the formation and the destruction of Gaia.
Spirits have no time, no understanding if they are ahead or behind or in the present.

This is lovely… Looking forward to the rest of it…
I wonder… Is Enki surrounded by nothingness because his eyes are closed? Perhaps all he needs is to open them…
meybe his sunnies are too dark :P

Very well written, look forward to more. Spirits have no time either, so what to us is an eternity , to them is but a blink of an eye.
beautifully written – more to come i hope………
