A Pair of Magellanic Penguins at Magdalena Island, Chile by

The Penguin Reserve at Magdalena Island near Punta Arenas, Chile is the annual breeding ground for about 60,000 Magellanic penguins. I was lucky enough to be able to visit this remarkable spot on a lovely sunny day earlier this month. Shot with my Nikon D3100.

I’m a photographer living in Toronto, ON, Canada. I enjoy photographing the architecture, street life, plants and water fowl in my home city. I also love travel photography and capturing reflections on all possible reflective surfaces.
