While on a Sothern Caribbean cruise recently, I went on an excursion in Aruba that took us to the area of the so-called “natural bridge”. Actually, there had once been two natural bridges thre, but one collapsed in the night some years ago, and only a smaller one remains. The beach area where the natural bridge is found is composed mostly of lava rock, against which strong currents regularly send waves crashing up against the rocky shore. The force of the waves at this coastal area of Aruba and the flying spray are fascinating to watch and shoot. Shot with my Nikon D7000.
