Photography for me is a way of trying to make sense of the world, or at least to slow down and look at things a little more closely.
Wow. How long did it take you to prepare this shot Georgie ?. You must have the patience of a Saint but, well worth it as you have a wonderful abstract image. Cheers.P.
Hiya P, this took a bit of fiddling but it was fun – so glad you like it! :D

This is amazing. What an imagination to think of this. Excellent work!
thanks Jennifer, I wasn’t sure if it would work but this is the result of trying to think up a different way to make a rainbow with pencils!
Fantastic work Georgie. I agree with above.
thanks so much for the encouragement Joy :)
So very delightful!!!
thanks so much Cee!
Ah to be sure ~ riot of colour; an exercise in precision and patience and a striking result!!! Well done begorrah!!
heh thanks M, did take quite a while but I’m glad I did it
How imaginative was that — marvellous G!
thanks for checking it out H
thanks Charmiene :)
Creative setup and appealing macro rainbow, G! And such patience, too.
Thanks Jan, I’m in my element fiddling around with stuff like this :)
Do you think the leprechaun would see the gold at the base of this rainbow? Hope you glued it to the base. A work of art and a cool shot with the selective focus.
Ha those leprechauns have to be closely monitored, but seeing as it was their gold to begin with I didn’t glue it down ;)
this is so beautiful!
thanks so much Lynell, I’m glad you like it!
