Photography for me is a way of trying to make sense of the world, or at least to slow down and look at things a little more closely.
Georgie this is beautiful!! I love the shadow play. :))
Thanks Di, I took a detour on my way home after getting a very suspicious eye from a neighbour on the first sweep past with the camera, and found this. Glad I returned a different way after all!
– Georgie Hart

wow thanks so much nadine, I’m delighted it appeals!
Love this Georgie. we used to have a Victorian weatherboard with fake blockwork in Brunswick and this corner is just the same. Lovely composition and colours.
Thanks Rhoufi, I was chasing the shadows then noticed the window and the vine just teasing the sill.
Beautiful work Georgie
thanks a mill Joy :)
This is gorgeous Georgie, the shadow and texture with the colour work beautifully!
Thanks for checking it out Berns, the vine tickled my fancy :)
Lovely capture Georgie!
very kind of you to say so joycee :)
Creeping inexorably to who knows where?…Works well G…very creative!!
I think it’s been tapping quietly on the window, trying to gain entry…
This is a beautiful shot. I really love the way the vine is creeping up to the window, which is resolutely keeping its eyes shut!
Thanks Evelyn, I wonder if the vine will prevail in the end?!
