Melbourne, Australia

Photography for me is a way of trying to make sense of the world, or at least to slow down and look at things a little more closely.

Exhibition Excitement

In a little under three weeks now the exciting culmination of a project I’ve been a part of for months and months will finally be on display in the Victorian Artists’ Society gallery here in Melbourne.

As one of the twenty-six independent photographers contributing street photography taken in Melbourne, and a member of the organising committee, I’m thrilled to invite everybody to come and see our Shot in the Heart of Melbourne exhibition. We’ve endeavoured to capture the spirit of our great city in as spontaneous and unadulterated a way as possible to present real glimpses into the life of Melbourne. There will be around 150 images, encompassing various subjects and styles, and we reckon there will be something to appeal to a range of eyes and interests.

So if you find yourself with a free afternoon in late June, or are keen to celebrate with us on opening night, it would be a great pleasure to see you at the exhibition!
