Birthday Sparkles
Someone got a new toy for their birthday!! And it glows lots of pretty colours through fibre optic tubes… very cool!!!
This photograph was taken with my Olympus digital camera using the macro filter. I waited impatiently for the darkness of night to fall and when it did, I put my camera and my son to work.
Many orders of ‘wave this way’, ‘hold still’, ‘press the button… now’ and ‘no, no, leave it so it goes through all the colours’ were put upon the hard working 9 year old.
Only a few dozen or more photos were taken! This is my fave out of all of them. There were so many different variations, but I think we need to practise our air drawing skills before uploading any more!! But the practising should be fun cos the colour changes were beautiful to watch.
