Nine mile beach by georgieboy98
The name means that it is 9 miles west from the town of Esperance. There are also 10 mile and 11 mile beaches!! LOL There is a real bay of islands out there which are a haven for marine animals such as seals. The Southern Ocean really is this colour – no touching up whatsoever has been done on this photo, other than straightening the horizon slightly. Esperance is the favoured holiday destination for the West Australian goldfields, being a mere easy 3 hour drive from Kalgoorlie

Thank you ma’am. There is a scenic drive runs all along this section of coast with parking areas every three or four hundred yards – plus they are extending the cycleway/walking track to eventually extend the whole length. What a walk THAT is going to be! Peter

great shot, the esperance area is a place I would like to got just to take some coastal shots,
