Sunrise over the Blackwood River
The rising sun is creating a gigantic spotlight as it shines down on to the jetty on the Blackwood River at Augusta, some 400 kms south of Perth and Australia’s most south westerly point.

Hi Peter, Another WOW shot, love the colours, the subject matter and the natural framing of the silhouetted trees. The flare from the sun adds a magical sparkle to the image too. Great work old buddy:-) Keep them coming.

Goodonya Don! Thanks mate. This is another 20+ year old shot from back when we were caravanning all over the place. We relied a lot of the locals to point us towards scenes like this!
