Recherche Archipelago

The scene from above West Beach at Esperance, some 700 kms south east of Perth, Western Australia. The pleasure boat cruises the islands on both a daily and half day basis and takes trippers and holiday makers to out of shot Woody Island. En route it pulls in close to many of the bay’s islands for a close and personal look at the many sea lion colonies as well as sea eagles, penguins etc. We did a half day cruise a couple of years ago and it was pure magic.

Recherche Archipelago belongs to the following groups:

Beach Art, Scenery, SEA and UK to Australia and Back Available for sale as

Greeting Cards, Laminated Prints and Framed Prints

Wow just stunning , how I would like to be there right now .

  • georgieboy98 replied

Hi Irene. You and me both – this was taken on this weekend last year when it was a darn sight warmer than it is today! Can’t see us doing that drive again though. It’s not the distance so much as the hundreds of kms of empty roads with only a handful of small country towns that are easy to miss if you happen to blink at the wrong moment. Glad you like it and many thanks for dropping in. Peter

I’m sure you like to tease us with these beautiful colours in the sea as we are now into the dark dreary stage of Autumn with grey being the dominant colour over here, just beautiful Peter,
    Regards, Rod.

  • georgieboy98 replied

Actually nothing was further from my mind! Honest! It’s just that we were at this place this time last year with Betty’s brother, who was on holiday from Blackpool, and I put this little series up more as a reminder to myself than anything. (Did I really just say that???) LOL. Thanks Rod, both for looking and commenting! All best wishes, Peter
