Marine Iguana at Galapagos Islands by

These marine iguanas look truly pre-historic. They are incredible to watch as the sashay across the rocky lunar-like landscape of the Galapagos Islands.
They climb all over each other and can be seen in piles of 30 or more all trying to keep warm.
Frequently, they appear to spit but this is actually a sneeze to help clear the sea water out of their nostrils.
