Caught this snap of a girl resting in the shade after unsuccessfully pleading with a fellow tourist for money in return for taking her photograph. I was so drawn by the textures and colours of Cusco that I partook in this little money spinner many, many times throughout my travels. The little lamb & sometimes a llama certainly help to pull at the heartstrings.

This is really lovely. Yes, I too would pay money for a photo. This is what she knows to do… She is working “honestly.”
