Summer in Australia. After a delicious Poulet Provencal prepared by my friend Tony, his wife, Els, is the expert on preparing and presenting the dessert.
Segments of fresh Kiwi Fruit, scoops of vanilla, caramel and chocolate ice cream, drizzled with melted dark chocolate, not a commercial topping. The chocolate on the ice cream freezes and gives a delightful crunch. This tastes as mouth wateringly good as it looks, and you can tell that Els is an Interior Designer!
