Upper and Lower Arrow Lakes form a 230-km. long waterway running north and south in the south-eastern interior of British Columbia, Canada. Actually a widening of the Columbia River system, the lakes are surrounded by the Monashee Mountains to the west and the Selkirk range to the east, with heavily forested slopes up to 2,600 metres.
