Sulphur Mountain is located in the Bow River Valley ,east of Sundance Creek and west of the Spray River;and north of Vermilion Lakes. It’s the eastern end of Sundance Pass, in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada.
From the town of Banff, one can take a gondola ride to the summit, 2451m (8042ft.) above sea level, for an amazing view of the Bow River Valley and the vast ranges of the Rocky Mountains which surround it on all sides. The Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, both winged and four-footed. Sometimes, all goes perfectly well, a majestic bald eagle will drop around to survey his domain.
