Another blast from the past, you never know what lurks in old photo albums. A Canadian National Railways freight train bringing delight to my 16-year old eyes as it passes by my old home town of North Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. I could only catch them once in awhile, so it was a case of pedaling an old bike to the nearest crossing and hope for the best.

Taken April 12, 1947 (64 years ago)
Camera..I’m not sure, it was very cheap, one speed, one button and no name. But affordable. And beautiful to me!
Kodak Verichrome film. Processed by a Rexall drugstore.
Found in an old album a few days ago. Scanned June 4, 2011 with an HP Scanjet 6200C.
