The Princess Patricia, built in Glasgow, Scotland for Canadian Pacific Ltd. to serve on Canada’s west coast to carry passengers between Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia. She did this for some years and then, in the 1970’s,began doing regular cruises to Alaska, plying between Puget Sound,(Washington State), Skagway and Sitka,( Alaska) to Vancouver. Between November and May of each year she operated between Los Angeles, California and Acapulco, Mexico.
In 1980 she was laid up,then used as a hotel ship during the 1986 Vancouver Expo. She was scrapped a few years later.
