A colorful display of peppers at the Farmer’s Market near Duncan, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. One of the places we head for if we want a drive in the countryside, with the advantage of great prices and home-grown produce.

UMMMMMMM! Looks so good.I love shopping for veggies George. especially in the winter. The colors make you feel like spring can’t be too far away. Especially for us prairie folk Terrific shot! :>)) Leslie

  • It’s a fabulous market, we use it as an excuse to go for a drive “up island” as we call it from here. They’re open all year and the variety is just too much at times, along with home-made breads, pastries, jams, pickles and all that stuff. lol!

    Lovely colours, George!

  • Trying to find some colourful things to post..lol! That market fills the bill for colour, and the produce is first rate too! You may remember it, just south of Duncan close to Whippletree Junction.

I should be eating those instead of a warm cinnamon bun slathered in butter and I’m supposed to be dieting.
I love the colors George, rich and delicious!!

  • Hey Vickie, I’d love to join you with one of those buns, never mind peppers, they’re just for colors..haha!
