Lake Maskinonge is the first lake you see when entering Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta, Canada. It’s relatively small, but can be accessed from several sides, so photo-ops abound. You may have to do a bit of hiking to get the nicest views. This was a day of overcast and often ominous-looking clouds but also very calm, so reflections were lovely. The park is the most southerly of the chain of Rocky Mountain parks in Alberta.
