As much as I love storms, sometimes the aftermath is better for getting interesting cloud pictures.
This one was after a storm had blown itself out over southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, and was taken from the seawall at the town of Sidney. Sidney Island is at the left, James Island centre, and the mainland of Vancouver Island on the right.

    Awesome capture :) We went sea kayaking in Sidney in 2001 and plan to there again. It was a fantastic trip!
