Western Shore is a bit of a generic name for the western side of Mahone Bay, a large bay of the Atlantic Ocean on the south west coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. The bay contains 365 islands, and various communities border it’s shores. The largest one being the town of Mahone Bay, which was settled back in the 1700’s. This photo is outside the town and shows the rural countryside with it’s mixture of farmlands and homes built close to the water and the road.
