The Mount in this case is Mount Edith Cavell, one of many peaks in the Rocky Mountain chain in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. The switchback road is reasonably good but very narrow and some surprises around the turns! The road travels about 12 kms. upward, ending in a picnic area under the north face. The mountain is 3363 meters high, and was named in honor of a British nurse who was executed for helping prisoners of war escape German-occupied Belgium during World War I.
