The Ogden Point Seawall is a long breakwater at the shipping terminal, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, on Vancouver Island. It’s a popular walk for strollers, as it extends 2500 feet out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It was completed in 1916, using over one million tons of rock and ten thousand granite blocks.
Recent enhancements on the landward side have included a small park, a restaurant and a dive shop, as well as the artistic paintings shown in this photo.
