The folks at Butchart Gardens created a simulated waterfall and river by the use of a multitude of white and blue lights “flowing” through the lower level of the Sunken Garden. Victoria, Vancouver Island,British Columbia,Canada. A National Historic Site of Canada.

    equally as beautiful as the other shot,,,,,,,,,,I would stand in awe

  • Thanks Vickie..they did a great job simulating the water. All the lights were twinkling and flashing so it gave a great imitation of sparkling running water in a stream. Should have made a video, that doesn’t show up in a still shot.
