Athabasca Falls is probably the most well-known waterfall in the Canadian Rockies.Though not really high, at only 23 meters, it’s known for it’s tremendous force of water which has carved out a narrow gorge and series of potholes. Born in the Columbia Glacier, it’s one of the major rivers in the Rockies, situated in Jasper National Park, Alberta,Canada.

  • Thanks Mike..it’s a very dramatic place to see,and so many aspects to shoot. I think Jann and I have about 200 shots..we’re trying to post some on each of our sites and not be repetitive..not easy..lol!
