Gorgeous capture George !! Just cant beleive the size of these ships today !!
Hi Sean..yes, some of them are monsters, though the Westerdam is not one of the really biggies.I like the HAL ships though, because they have the classic lines of the older liners.

I agree with you, George. These ships still look like ships. lol.Nice capture ! :)
Yep..I always liked those HAL ships..so many of the newer designs look like a condo on its side. There’s an elegance to these that’s very beautiful.
Oh man, I caught a couple of shots of these giants in Skagway, Alaska George. I’ve never seen a ship/s as huge in my life. This is a great shot
Thanks Vickie, glad you liked it. I just put up a calendar of these liners if you’d care to look. Decided to give calendars a try this morning and it was so much fun I did 4 of them! Oh well, kept me out of trouble!!!
Beautiful shot, George. I can’t get over the size of these cruise ships – we don’t see too many of them going up the St. Lawrence!
Thanks Mike, I imagine there’s some tight passages along the St. Lawrence in your area especially. I used to go along there on lake freighters but they were way smaller, even though at the time I thought they were really big. Times sure change!
