I think this is one of the most amazing examples of nature’s handiwork,especially that intricate assembly at the centre. One could use that as a basis for the next alien creature in a sci-fi movie!

    Certainly is a gorgeous flower. Don’t see too many of them in the Eastern Ontario woods! Great shot, George. Amazing detail.
