Another day at one of the Crystal Crescent beaches, south of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Looking out on a quiet Atlantic Ocean, beyond those islands in a great circle route, the next land is part of Africa. A perfect day to be one with nature. October 2006, Sony DSCF828 camera.

“Quiet” can be a relative term George. In our part of the country those are decent size waves!! LOL.
Probably a great place to sit and listen to the waves. Just let your mind go. I can close my eyes and hear it.
It sure is, probably one of the most soothing sounds you can get. Unless there’s a nor’easter blowing, in which case it’s still quite wonderful but a lot louder!

Thanks again Solomon. I try to go back home every year and Crystal Crescent beach is one of the first places to spend a day. Even on a foggy day, it’s still delightful.
