The statue is in the Public Gardens at Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the expression on the face just seemed to bring that thought to mind. Because we know what seagulls usually do when they perch on something…anything…anytime..don’t we??

Aren’t you pleased your not a statue. Great shot George.

  • Yes, very pleased! I grew up surrounded with seagulls and have been targeted numerous times :) I just happened to be looking in the right direction when the bird landed.

    Good eye and reflexes, George.

  • Thanks Stan. Very seldom have I snatched up the camera and shot as fast as that time..lol. I was sure it would fly before I got the shot.

This is a hoot, George! You know, there ought to be an RB group for comical shots! Since you’re retired, why don’t you start one?! – Pat

  • Thanks Pat, I have to say this was just plain luck. Sometimes that happens! Good idea for a Group, I’ll give it some thought.
