I luv these shots, George. I think they’re great.

  • Glad you like them Stan, I really like taking fog shots, the places themselves have that ghostly sort of feel.

brilliant foggy capture george and I’m glad the fishermen were safely in port for this…
    ;))

  • Thanks Maggie. Yes, it really was pea-soup. The Gulf Stream comes up from the Caribbean and meets the cold Arctic currents right offshore from here, and that creates a great fog factory.

    Love fog shots, nice job!

  • Thanks Brian. I think I’ve been at Peggy’s for every kind of weather except a blizzard, but must admit I like the feeling of a peaceful foggy day.

Hi again George I’ve been to Peggy’s Cove too, lovely spot!

  • Hi again Brian, I was just looking at your “North Atlantic Sunrise”, gorgeous shot in every way. I thought at first it was Peggys Cove, the rocks are very similar, but I don’t think so, the lighthouse looks slightly different. Where is it? I assume in Newfoundland?
