I always have lots of them in the summer, but for some reason seldom see them in winter. But we just had quite a snowfall, and lower than normal temperatures, so a few of these little toughies came calling. Maybe it’s the cold, but they seem to be a lot calmer than in the summer. Of course they’re not mating this time of year.
