Tor Bay Beach, on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia, July 12, 2007. A happy dog digging in the sand, two of my friends rapidly disappearing as the fog rolls in off the Atlantic Ocean. Even so, the day had been hot so the cool fog was quite welcome. It came and went, so we had a great day at the beach overall. Sony DSCF828 camera.

I like this shot, George. Everything in the distance blends into the fog yet there is a hint of what lies beyond. Really good image.

  • Thanks Stan. Awhile back I posted “Fog Rolls in at Tor Bay” which was taken just a few minutes before this one. But before the fog got quite as thick. I like being near the sea in a fog when you can hear the breakers but can’t see them. Creates quite a nice mood (my opinion..lol)
