July 25,2008, taken from the walking trail along Lochside Drive in Sidney, British Columbia (Vancouver Island). The channel between Sidney and the offshore islands is a very popular boating area. Snow-capped Mt. Baker is actually many miles away across the Strait of Georgia in the Cascade Range of Washington State. Taken with a FujiS100fs camera, zoomed to 400mm.

This is such a wonderful shot of the water and Mt Baker. Love the many layering in this view! Edith
Thanks Edith. When you liked “A Touch of Pink” I thought you’d like this one too. I’m glad you did.
