Peggy's Cove
Peggy’s Cove is a tiny fishing village on the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. I’ve been going there for 50 years and never tire of the beautiful scenes. I’d like to share some of them with you.
The Cove is a world-famous tourist attraction and the lighthouse is a Canadian icon, but I hope you’ll enjoy my own images of a place that’s very dear to me. Thanks for looking.
Calendars

Sean Jansen
Awesome collection of captures George !! Such a beautiful calendar…..love it and very nicely put together : )
George Cousins replied
Hi Sean..you’re really fast, that’s only been up for a couple of minutes..LOL! But thanks so much for your kind words, I certainly am appreciative. I was going to just do sunsets, because I have so many, but I thought it might get too boring so made it a bit of a collage instead. After 50 years of going there, it’s hard to pick 13 images out of the pile :)
Mike Oxley
Absolutely marvellous, George. Wonderful work!
George Cousins replied
Thanks Mike..I started to do that one awhile ago and promised a friend in N.S. that it would be done today, so there it is! Glad you liked it. I wish that RB would display a new calendar when it was created instead of tacking it on to the tail-end of others. I assume you saw it because of me being on your watchlist, but there doesn’t seem to be a way of putting it into a group or anything that would display it at creation time.
Mike Oxley
I agree, George. Unless you’re on someone’s watchlist or you can add it to one of your groups, there’s not much of a chance of it being seen by many people.
George Cousins
Well I managed to get a pic of the front cover on my main page so I can put it in groups, at least that’s better than the way it is now. I’m sure there must be a way to do better, I’ll have to do more experimenting!
Stan Wojtaszek
Excellent work, George ! :)
George Cousins replied
Thanks Stan..trying to figure out how to get a calendar to be seen better. A new one should go at the front of a calendar group, in my opinion, and there should be a better way to publicize it, like in groups. I did this stunt of posting the front page but there must be a better way.

Awesome calendar George. I think a great way to promote your Calendar is to email everyone in your address book with a link to the page of that particular calendar, friends and family are sure to want to buy some for Christmas presents.
George Cousins replied
Hi Kathie, and thanks for your kind words. Also for the idea, which I will certainly try. I really like the way you linked the back page into your comment.
