George Buxbaum Is a loving father and husband. Those that know him would DEFINITELY call him a goofball when he’s at home or with friends and family. But as soon as you get a camera around him he is serious, and above all else he is a VERY dedicated worker.
Being his only daughter I have had to put up with his silly(well I would call it stupid, but I don’t think he’d like that..) attitude and jokes for a long time, so if you do know his funny side, I sympathize with you. He likes to listen to old country music and annoy my older brother and I by singing along. He loves to go on bike rides, and has participated in the MS 150 Bicycle Rally for the last 7 years and doesn’t plan to stop. He played tennis in high school and volleyball in college; and he loved to run until his knees went bad. He took photography classes at the Tarrant County Community College in 06-07 and had some of his prints published in a photography show at the Dallas Public Library in 06. My dad has been interested in photography for 20 years, but only started serious photography in 2004, so I guess you could call him a newbie- but looks can be deceiving. Having a 15 year old daughter has helped him A LOT with posing and getting practice with sports photography, plus whenever he needs a model I’m always up for a photo shoot.
