Sometimes, When No One Sees...
...the sky sings its love to the sea.
And what a song it sang this night. Fifth in the Sea Storm series, shot off the Bundeena Cliffs, Royal National Park just south of Sydney. This is actually fourth in the sequence and comes between Night Blaze
and the Rapture

These kinds of Lightning shots always blow my mind.
About how far off were you from this storm??
Your SOOO lucky to be able too shoot storms like this over the Ocean!! All I have is BORING
flat land with just small shrubs and bushes to shoot lightning with!!!!
Very Well done!!
Geoff Coleman... replied
When you have a storm like this the place is pretty irrelevant I think – the sea here is just a strip of black. I was standing near the cliff edge and I reckon the storm was about 2km out to sea. Thanks for your kind words and good luck getting a good storm!
drec
Like the colour in the cloud and the stars area good touch, nice.
Geoff Coleman... replied
Thanks drec – it was a lucky combination of storm and stars for sure.
