22.08.2010 shot at observation deck of Melbourne’s Eureka Towers
graduated from film (including black and white processing at home many years ago) to a Canon G3, later Canon 400D, and more lately, added an old 1970’s film camera. Gets into the blood – that’s probably an understatement.
lovely shot, it feels really intimate
Adoreable shot !
A truly exceptional candid street photograph and one that is enhanced by the colour. You could not have chosen your vantage point better, nor your exposure and framing.
my goodness, I’ve just realised I did not reply to your comment on this picture over two years ago – or in fact, I replied but you would not have seen it as I saved it as a comment, so only I would have seen it. Sorry not to have acknowledged. I’m going to Harvey Norman to have it printed – hopefully they still have the 50% off price of $9 for 12×18 inches
thank you Rhoufi for your remarks! One of the great things about Redbubble is the great generosity of spirit which abounds. Fellowship of the lens I reckon. I was very lucky to get this shot (on top of the Eureka Tower)and was enjoying snapping the tourists so much I almost forgot to check out the view. Thanks for taking the time to visit.
Great candid geof, love the tones, reflections and intimate moment you have captured :)
I have vertigo just looking at this wonderful image :)sandra
